This convenience store client requested a fashionable, upscale mercantile look behind a standard Sunoco canopy, so we designed a neutral building open to the exterior with an extensive use of glazing. Indoors, we used black food service gondolas and natural colors in order to create a pleasant environment, as well as and showcase the displays. We reinforced the muted atmosphere with warm colors, wood, and brushed aluminum. The soffit creates movement with eye-catching tablets which fluidly bend around the store.
