Private Residence - Chestnut Hill

LMA contributed to the energetic revival of the this noted 1911 Peabody & Sterns estate in Chestnut Hill by reclaiming garden landscaping, repairing the exterior, and restoring the first floor. The kitchen and butler's pantry integrated modern amenities with the quality and appearance of the period. We used select artisans for all project elements; hand forged hardware, custom tiles, wrought iron gates, stained glass and window reconstruction. The completed project included a refurbished pipe organ and restored library books.
